Nigel Coopey
nigel

Nigel has more than twenty years experience in health protection, high technology and the not-for-profit sectors. He is a highly flexible and energetic business executive who can lead from the front in almost any situation.

Nigel has recently undertaken Business Process reviews for the HPA and European Commission and prior to that he held Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director roles in two start-up companies. His particular strengths are in building and reviewing service organisations and he has directed £multi-million projects for various blue-chip clients.

Nigel holds an MBA from Cranfield University. He is also a Non-Executive Director of the Polar Moment Group.

Simon Garnham

Simon has twenty-five years in pharmaceutical clinical development, with a very strong emphasis on entrepreneurial activities, establishing new businesses and corporate growth management. He consistently established new businesses and managed these through early stage development to successful exits. He is experienced in handling international strategy, including financial management and in presenting results of Group Operations. Simon is skilled in navigating the hurdles of developing and implementing standardised policies and procedures in a number of diverse fields and across different cultures in highly regulated industries.

He has established and managed businesses in the UK, USA, France, Germany, Sweden, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Switzerland, Poland, Ukraine, India and Canada.

John Garratt
john

John is a venture capitalist and a director of several small-medium sized private companies. He provides managerial, financial and marketing advice and assistance to companies in their development.

John is experienced in analysing opportunities/feasibility studies, project development; re-structuring; managerial & supervisory activities; business development; finances; refinancing; valuation; financial models & projections; accounting, planning, negotiations with statutory, government & industry bodies; and providing litigation advice.

John holds an MA in Economics & Political Science from Trinity College, Dublin.
