Bella Mehta

Bella is a business coach, facilitator and organisational consultant. She helps business leaders and groups to work well together and to implement and manage optimum working practices. She facilitates wide-ranging change initiatives; grounded in the reality of life in a business organisation. She has a special interest in peer group networks, personality type and diversity.
She has worked with organisations on issues of politics, power, structure, diversity, culture, communication and values.

Bella's recent assignments include managing an “Impact and Influence” event to engage 35 leaders; open courses offering facilitation, diversity and cross cultural awareness training; and a series of open workshops for participants looking to start a business or grow a business.

Bella is a corporate and after-dinner speaker and is co-author of a best-selling business handbook for women. She has trained in counselling, coaching and humanistic psychology and has completed many short courses in Transactional Analysis & Person-Centred Counselling at the Metanoia Institute. She gained a Diploma in Humanistic Psychology (Advanced Facilitation, Coaching and Change Management) from the Institute for the Development of Human Potential and is also an accredited user of the Myers Briggs and Enneagram typing systems.

Sharon has over 20years industry experience and now works with Executives, Directors and Senior Managers and their teams in corporate and not-for-profit organisations. Sharon is passionate about inspiring people to higher levels of performance. Sharon has a strong dynamic business background and her approach is firmly rooted in the practical. She never loses sight of her clients' day-to-day reality and works to develop meaningful actions and goals that reflect their own unique situation.

Sharon has completed many projects, working with individuals and groups of organisations to help them meet challenges and overcome difficult situations. She often works with the ‘talk skills’ tool she has developed called Skill Stones.

Sharon has an MSc in Organisational Consulting. She is a full member of the Association for Coaching and a Supervisor Coach. She is trained in advanced facilitation, counselling skills, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Transactional Analysis (TA). She is qualified in the use of Benchmarks 360o Feedback and Personal Profile Analysis (PPA) and Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) psychometric instruments.
