Poor leadership and management is the number one reason why talented people leave organisations. In the worst cases it leads to the downfall of entire companies and in less extreme cases damage can still be significant.
When leadership is poor, staff lose respect for their managers, underperform and feel demotivated. Underperformance and demotivation can spread rapidly throughout the workforce and cause a number of problems that undermine business performance. Ultimately internal and external customer care suffers, which leads to reduced revenue.

We believe that leadership qualities need to be demonstrated by everyone in your organisation in order for optimum performance to be reached. For the executive team this means role-modelling the competencies the organisation needs and articulating a clear vision and goals, then providing staff with the environment in which to achieve them.
